Who is this training for?
This training is designed for aspiring postpartum doulas, current birth professionals, bodyworkers, therapists, caregivers, and anyone called to support families in the sacred window after birth. No prior experience is required — just an open heart and a willingness to learn.
What makes this training holistic and unique?
Our training is rooted in the Mind-Body-Babee™ Model of Care, which honors the full postpartum experience:

Will I be certified after this training?
Yes. Upon completion of all three days and participation in core activities, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion as a Holistic Postpartum Doula trained in the Mind-Body-Babee™ Model of Care. This can support your path toward certification, employment, or starting your own doula business.

Is there reading or homework?
Yes — you’ll receive reading checklists, and reflective journaling prompts to support integration. These are designed to deepen your understanding between sessions and prepare you for real-life client work.
Will this training prepare me to support pregnancy or infant loss?
Absolutely. We educate on bereavement and loss care, where you’ll learn how to walk beside grieving families with empathy, ritual, and confidence. We honor all birth outcomes and include training on remembrance, comfort care, and trauma-informed presence.
What should I bring to the training?
We recommend:

Layered, comfortable clothing (we’ll be moving and working on the floor)

Any special cultural tools or objects you'd like to share for the altar
All other training materials, herbal supplies, and care tools will be provided.

Yes. This training is intentionally designed to center Black, Indigenous, and global postpartum traditions, honor diverse spiritual and family structures, and equip doulas with a justice-centered lens. We believe every family deserves care rooted in respect, tradition, and agency.

Tuition is $575 for the full 3-day training or 4 Week Training with an in person 2 day skills immersion .
