No Refund Policy

 

By enrolling in our doula training program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Final – All payments made toward doula training are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or inability to complete the course.

2. Transfer Option – If you are unable to attend your registered training, you may request (in writing) to transfer your enrollment to a future training session within twelve (12) months of your original training date. Transfers are subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted. Please email me ASAP to impactdoualatraining@gmail.com. 

3. No Partial Refunds – Refunds will not be issued for partially attended trainings or for failure to complete course requirements.

4. Course Materials & Access – Digital or printed materials, once provided, are considered delivered and non-returnable.

5. Acceptance of Terms – Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this No Refund Policy and our full training terms and conditions.

 

This policy ensures that we can maintain small group sizes, high-quality instruction, and adequate preparation for all participants.
